Prolana have been making natural and organic bedding for over 20 years.

The highest possible natural and organic production standards are maintained at all times - the premises are regularly inspected.

Prolana use only the finest 100% natural materials in their products - no chemicals or man-made fibres are ever used. None of the products are treated with any flame retardents.

The organic cotton and organic merino lambsWool (kbT) is certified by IVN.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all in stock items same day. Made to order items such as mattresses, duvets and toppers usually take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery - we will keep you updated as to the status of your order.

For items we hold in stock (all Babies and Childrens items and Pillows), orders are delivered free of charge to the UK. Delivery to Republic of Ireland is £4.50 using a next-day courier service. To Europe, shipping is £4.99 Standard Airmail or £9.99 Airsure.

For made to order items - mattresses, duvets and comforters, delivery is free to the UK, Republic of Ireland and Europe. Your order will be delivered to you by parcel courier service.

For delivery outside of Europe, we charge freight at cost, so please contact us at mail@lovetobenatural in advance for a quote.

Prolana Bedding

Prolana mattresses are guaranteed for 8 years against failures in the manufacture or in the materials. However, if the correct care is taken, a mattress should last 15-20 years. All other items are guaranteed for 2 years against any failures in the manufacture or in the materials.

We wish you to be happy with any purchase from Love To Be Natural, including our bedding. So, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product supplied, you may return it for exchange or a full refund. Returns should be made within 28 days of delivery, and where possible the item should be unused and in its original packaging. Should your purchase be defective in any way, we will pay the cost of returning the item to us.
