We endeavour to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
FREE UK Delivery - Standard delivery is free for all UK orders for delivery to all UK addresses. Delivery is normally within 1-3 days. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
UK Next Day Delivery - Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery - £6.95. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Order by 12 noon.
DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE
EUROPE: We dispatch items to the EU using a Europe Priority Airmail Signed-For Service - £8.95.
INTERNATIONAL: We dispatch items outside the EU using either DHL or an International Priority Airmail Signed-For Service - £15.95.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Free Delivery option only available within the UK.
Multiple orders, and heavy or bulky items are dispatched by UK courier on a 2-3 day service.
We recycle a lot of our packaging, so you may find that your order arrives in recycled packaging.
We offer a free UK shipping service. This applies to your initial order only. If you exchange an item, we will charge the cost of shipping the replacement item to you at cost.
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us and to be happy with your purchase! But of course, we understand that sometimes your purchase may not be right for you and that you may wish to return it. Please contact us in writing at email@example.com for instructions on how to return Goods to us.
We offer a 7 day return policy. You can return your purchase to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You must let us know within these 7 days in writing via email that you're not happy with your purchase, and that you intend to return it to us.
Goods must be returned complete, unused and undamaged with all accessories and instructions in original packaging and be suitable for resale. The original packing must be returned in its original condition. Goods will be returned at your cost. Upon our receipt of the Goods, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. You must obtain proof of postage.
Please note that Goods that are not held in stock by us and are ordered and/or manufactured specifically for you cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been accepted by us.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged, you can of course return it to us. You must notify us by telephone or email within 7 days of receipt that the Goods are faulty or damaged, and to receive instructions on how to return the Goods to us.
When returning faulty or damaged Goods to us, please include a note giving your name, address, order number, and reason for return. Wrap the Goods securely and retain proof of postage. We will of course refund the postage costs you incur returning faulty or damaged Goods to us. Please use the most economical tracked service available. Please note we are unable to refund the return postage cost of items returned to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
