We accept no responsibilty for items damaged in transit. Otherwise, if the product you receive is faulty in any way, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the item via telephone or email. Once we receive the faulty item we shall offer you an exchange or a refund, including a postage refund.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. But we understand that sometimes it might not be right for you.

So if you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days after the date on which you have received your order. You must let us know within these 14 days via email or telephone that you're not happy with your purchase, and that you intend to return it to us. Goods must be returned complete, unused and undamaged with all accessories and instructions in original packaging, and be suitable for resale. The original packing must be returned in its original condition. Goods will be returned at your cost and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. You must obtain proof of postage at the Post Office.
